Multi-modal MRI techniques – able to sample wider parameter ranges and to capture dynamic process – are at the key of my method developments.
ZEBRA: One of our recent developments is a novel acquisition technique allowing to sample data for joint diffusion-relaxometry in an efficient way. This technique builds on a prior development (interleaved diffusion) to allow sampling the parameter space (diffusion encoding, inversion time TI and echo time TE) with high efficiency and flexibility.

PERFOX: Velocity-selective Arterial Spin Labeling in combination with T2* relaxometry offers simultaneous assessment of oxygenation and perfusion – we use it e.g. in the placenta to study dynamic processes.
